September saw a seasonal increase in inventory, with used index values rising 6% compared to last month. Inventory levels are now up 15.9% year-over-year. Another shift this month was in average listing prices, which increased 1.7% to £18.4k and are now up 2.7% year-over-year. Interestingly, the average days-on-market declined in September (down 3.9%) counter to the overall inventory increase.
